Teeth do not catch on meat well and instead puree the surface, gears showed significant rust after first wash by hand, likely not food safe.

I wanted a cheap cuber for doing chicken fried steaks at home and this fits the bill perfectly. I threw out the flimsy catch, completely unnecessary. I also have problems with the clamp being a tad too narrow for my counters. But I can run a strip of steak through it holding it, so no harm no fowl.

I would have given a 5 Rating if the rollers were adjustable. Would like it to have the ability to handle meat more that 1/2 inch, as well as if the rollers were adjustable soft meats wouldn't be quite as minced as they are but over all an excellant machine!
