I was glad to have this on hand in case I needed it. I needed it the other day because I accidentally yanked the plunger out of the original when unhitching my fifth wheel at a campground (I forgot to tuck the cord away as I always do, and it caught on the hitch.) Installation was easy. Quality is first rate. It’s an exact match for the original. I ordered another spare one right away.

This product works well, it seems to be the same as what was on my RV originally, so it fit without any problems. I tested it by pulling the trip wire and it worked perfectly fine. I am quite happy with the quality.

Wife weed-whacked the old one and broke the cord, cracked the insert. Was cheaper and easier to replace the whole thing. Simple install, tested voltage, and have put nearly 1000 miles on the trailer since. For the price I'm probably going to get another just to have on hand.
