I like the grid type of cooling rack and these work well, fitting in the jelly roll pans nicely. The grid keeps things from falling through.

These are very nice racks. I use them quite a bit. They really do come in handy. They’re wonderful for a convection oven instead of the round rack. I use these for square pizzas.

I couldn't find a sink rack that would fit my square double sinks, that's why I bought these. Not stainless, the feet are rusting already. But they are sturdy enough to hold glasses to dry.

I can't tell you how long I looked for cooling racks that are this size and was super excited to find these on Amazon. They are perfect for cakes up to 10 inches, cupcakes and even for draining fried chicken or fish. Thus size is perfect.
