Looking for a way to make jerky at home without having to buy an actual dehydrator these racks did the trick!Remove one of the oven racks put a cookie sheet Under the bottom one of these to avoid any burning and smoke low and slow for the win these dried out evenly and tasted amazingI did not let them soak in water because I saw previous reviews saying they rusted, I didn’t have that problem.

Bought these for the upcoming Christmas cookie baking. I selected these because you can also use them as baking racks! I used one as a rack for roasting our thanksgiving turkey in my big lasagna pan. Worked great! Held a 16 lb turkey with no issues. Washed clean easily, which really surprised me! Still looks like new! We bake a lot of Christmas cookies, so these will come in handy as I only had one cookie cooling rack.

Thinking these were the same as our old stackable racks, I ordered a pack of three and discovered to my pleasure these are much higher quality and sturdier than the ones I previously bought a very long time ago. Well pleased!!!

I really like these cooling racks because they are sturdy and don’t collapse when stacked. I love to bake but run out of space when I have multiple trays/pans that need to cool. These open up so much working space for me and they are good quality from what I can tell. The legs fold up so they take up virtually no space when not in use. Would recommend especially if you bake a lot of cookies!

I owned and used items for several months. Frequency of use, at least once a week.I purchased these to place into steel oven pans that I've owned for years. Wanted to be able to elevate food off of pan's bottom, certain foods I prefer oven cooked. I new the length would be shorter than my pans but was hopeful that I could use a second rack place partially upon the other to acquire the desired length while also being able to place steel lid to minimize grease splatter and not have it contact food. Performs exactly as I expected to significantly reduce what I call the sludge factor (grease intake from foodstuffs.) I also ordered because the rack was stainless steel and designed using mostly straight design vice little opening; greatly helps with ease of cleaning. I have yet to remember to pre-spray racks before I use them; there is some minor sticking of my bacon, frees pretty easy though. I soak in soap water for a little while, wipe food reside off with paper towel. After I use soft kitchen nylon brush to finalize washing process. The brush gets into the small areas where the folding rack legs are attached and ensures all food items are removed from the rest of the rack parts. Stainless steel should not rust, "No rust or any other discoloration noted." Very satisfied, highly recommend.

These are plenty sturdy enough to put a cookie sheet or cake pans on when cooling. I use them to cool the cookies too. Clean very easily with a damp cloth. I haven't submerged them in soapy water however. Really like them. Would buy again.
