Not much dampening but it's but better than nothing if you got good front shocks, for $60 odd bucks you get a looker for a shock, not something for serious riding.

If you wanna shinny shock that looks nice and doesn't work worth a crap buy this. There is absolutely no shock absorption whatsoever garbage save your money and time!

Honesty, very disappointed. Threaded collar was cross threaded, noticed it when I opened package. Tryd to back it off to fix it an it stripped very easily. Never got to install it.
