I bought this on a deal. Pretty easy to operate, however the steam option does not work. Directions say to purge the water out for a few seconds and then turn off. Problem is it just keeps spitting out water. Water then leaks from side. No steam comes out.

The milk frother is total junk, it just squirts out hot water (not steam). However, given this cost me $230 and the expresso function and grinder both work quite well, I might just keep it and get a separate milk frother. The LED's on the screen are very dim but it only takes about 45 seconds to heat up and be ready for an espresso shot.Note: cannot time your espresso shot. It has only a single or double setting. It's loud, but no louder than my other espresso maker (breville).

Update: A few week:--This espresso machine is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I brew a latte to drink every day before work and sometimes make cappuccinos. It is very easy to set up and use and efficient. It has a great cleaning setting that makes it easy to clean the milk tank after each use.--It's a great value for the price and I prefer this all-in-one coffee maker to those that require manual milk frothing.Most coffee beginners want to be able to brew a perfect latte or cappuccino right away, but don't want to learn more about coffee. This coffee maker is the best helper for those coffee beginners, and I guarantee you can make a cup of coffee at home that is on par with a cafe.--The coffee maker itself has a beautiful metal-like appearance. It does everything that a regular coffee maker inside a coffee shop can do.--I really love this CUSIMAX espresso machine!
