LOKKLATCH GATE LATCH
LokkLatch REGULAR S3 is the ideal general-purpose gate latch for many gates around home, gardens and back yards. It takes a radical new approach to the “gravity latch” principle and combines the benefits of key-lockability and reliable latching action with superior design and durable components. The LokkLatch is made of industrial-strength, rust-free polymers and stainless-steel components that won't rust or corrode, making the latch tough and reliable. Side-fixing legs provide easy fitting alignment and extra fixing strength. The LokkLatch REGULAR S3 also offers vertical and horizontal adjustment to ensure precise fitting and reliable operation. It can be fitted to all square-posted gates and can be adapted to left- or right-swinging gates. An optional ‘External Access Button’ (EAB) is available for operating the latch (via a connecting rod) from both sides of the gate.

I got this along with some hinges on Amazon for my Trex aluminum gate. The Trex set was quite expensive so I’m glad I found this alternative. Holding up well so far.

I needed to add a lock to a gate to an open space behind the house. This lock allowed me to match the existing pool lock I had to simplify key management. The lock is quite solid - latching reliably.

Overbuilt and super strong! Also very precise interface with the rest of the gate hardware. Expensive, but worth it. We used this for a self closing pool gate at a beach rental, so it had to be safe, reliable and durable.

I replaced an aluminum bolt on gate fence with this latch set. Easy to install and works flawlessly. Well worth the price I paid.

I was replacing an old existing lock that the key had been lost. I was nervous because this wasn't exactly the same but it fit perfectly. I didn't even have to readjust the side without the lock. I did have to redo the screw holes from the existing one but that was no big deal at all. Now I can lock my gate again and I feel much more secure.

Good quality gate latch at a good price. I installed it on a gate at the top of the stairs on my deck mainly to keep my toddler grandson from falling down the stairs and/or gaining access to the pool.It is well constructed and easy to install. Once installed, it holds the gate securely. It is lockable with the provided keys (2), helping to keep very smart little ones from figuring out how to operate the latch.It comes with everything you need to install. It is suitable for both left or right hand open.This is a safety latch NOT a security latch. I have seen a review complaining that burglers easier defeated theirs. This is a deterrent, not a security lock. It is very well suited for the purpose it was designed and is a good value at the price.

Design and build quality is second to none! Used on PVC Caravan decking/gate. Application finish and easy of installation is great. Looks very professional. Highly recommended!
