Well-made quality looking piece of hardware at a great price. Comes complete with everything you needed and is easy to install. It is even easier to use and can be powered by gravity to have it close. Great latch for problem gate or door or just making entering and exiting a breeze.

A simple gate lock with great instructions on how to install it. the design and functionality is good. If you are going to install the lock on the post of the gate, you need to find a long drill bit so you can drill a hole through the entire width of the gate post.

This is a great idea. I've always used a string over the top of the gate so that the grandkids couldn't reach the latch and open the gate. The string would end up getting stuck and the gate wouldn't always properly close. With this self-locking gate latch, we no longer have that issue. Because the directions were in small print, I spent a minute understanding them, but now that it's on the gate, it works great.

The metal cord on my gate frayed and ultimately snapped. So when I came across this product. It's just what I needed. Install was easy enough with instructions. The metal is light, but feels durable. The latch cord looks much thinner then my previous latch cord so hopefully it will hold up as long as my original one did. Decent product for the price. Speedy delivery.
