Really nice deep fryer. The unit comes up to temp and holds temp well. When you add cold food to it, the temp returns quickly super easy to clean.

Fryer works well. Easy to use and adjust temperatures Uses about a gallon of oil. Doesn't burn the grease. After cooling, I was able to filter the grease and save it for future frying. A bit difficult to clean, but well worth the effort. Good value for the cost.

This fryer came a little dented on the side, but I felt it wasn't enough to deem a return. It is not a very heavy duty fryer but it is good enough for small home uses. It does come with different size baskets and two handles for them. You can remove the handles from each one easily and it appears to be easy to wash. I do not fry very many things, but I do use it for fries, and fish n chips and mozzarella stinks. It is less messy than using a pan to do it. Everything packs neatly inside so it's easy to store away without taking much room.

Big/ huge fryer. Perfect size. Heats up fast and love the basket and it can easily stand on the side to let oil drip. Easy to use. Well made product. I highly recommend it

I DID finally get one during the Pandemic. A DeLonghi, so I felt I was set. Top name brand, top quality. Unfortunately, over the next 5 years, my particular unit had some “issues”. Sometimes buying what u think is the best in quality, isn’t. So it was retired.I liked the look of this one & was eager to test it out for review. It has different size baskets for different amounts of food. That’s a positive feature for me. The highest temperature it can be set for is 390 degrees. Many fryer units only go to 375 (like my former one). Another positive. This one’s size is smaller, more compact so it takes less oil to fill it (plus), & it also stores in my under cabinet easily, so I don’t have to keep it in the garage (plus, PLUS). The timer is a good, working feature, my former one’s only worked sporadically, so I’m excited to have this feature again. The only thing I don’t like is the way u have to empty the oil out of this fryer. Yes, u HAVE to wait several hours for the oil to cool down (duh🙄), but u have to lift out the tub to empty it. A tub just shy of 6 quarts of oil is NOT light in weight. If there’s a problem, & MANY times there IS, u can spill 6 quarts of oil all over!😱 My DeLonghi had a spout or spigot that u could open for safe draining. I loved that feature for safety, as well as for convenience. So with this brand, I will have to do some thinking beforehand to avoid a mishap🤔.So happy frying, & good luck to u AND me.😃

The deep fryer is huge and gets the job done. It can be used with one fryer or two depending on what you are cooking. If you deep fry things a lot this is perfect for you.

Fiancé got me this. I love fried food, but I hate spending the money on buying fried chicken or chicken fried steak. This works phenomenally. It’s got a large capacity. It can make enough fried chicken for a family of eat no problem easy to clean constant heat level with minimal to no flu fluctuations. And it is built better than the one that I originally had when Kmart was still around.
