La descripción del producto al comprarlo decía "Estado: Excelente" como nuevo. Entiendo que pueda tener ciertas señales de desgaste, pero las rayas sobre el chasis es algo que no considero en estado "Excelente". Me siento engañado.

I purchased the Dell Precision 7910/T7910 Tower system almost a month ago, and I have been highly satisfied with my purchase. The system arrived well-packaged and in a remarkably clean condition, which was impressive. It has proven to be an excellent investment for my lab work and functions seamlessly as a household server, effortlessly handling tasks such as running Plex, Docker, and various other applications for home automation. Furthermore, when I encountered a minor issue, the customer service team promptly addressed and resolved it. This level of support has reassured me of the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. Based on my positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another system from them in the future.

The desktop was packaged extremely well.The desktop itself had no dents, just a few minor scratches/scuffs (hardly noticeable), but to be expected considering this is a used product.Despite it being a used product it clearly lists in the title product/item that the 4TB drives are new, but they aren't! And this was a bit disappointing (hence one star less). These are used Enterprise SAS drives. And one of the drives had a different firmware and that drive has issues when trying to run a long S.M.A.R.T. test.Initially installed Fedora 40, but a Bluetooth USB adapter I had was not working properly after applying OS updates and after some troubleshootin, I didn't want to waste my time on it anymore so I went for Windows 11 Pro instead. After installation it came back as officially activated, so that was a nice plus.

Clearly states in the title "(240gb SSD | 3X 4TB 12Gb/s SAS New)".When calling the only option is return. Don't waste your time!

Purchased this as a file server for a small business. Everything arrived as described except the SSD wasn't 240GB, it was 1TB, which was only a nice surprise. The listing wasn't clear on the OS but the OS (Windows 10 Pro) is included and was licensed correctly. It could have been a _tad_ bit cleaner but that was very minor - I did some more dust elimination. All in all, this is a lot of storage for the money and I'm perfectly happy.

Me gustó mucho que la máquina cumpliera con todas las características descritas (hasta los 12 tb de almacenamiento) y aún así considero que la descripción no es completa ya que puede expandirse hasta 1024 MG de ram y soporta más de 3 tarjetas de video por sus 2 procesadores que está tiene.Estoy plenamente satisfecho pues todo funcionó como nuevo y no tengo nada de que quejarme. Espero que a alguien le sirva la opinión.Saludos

I'm super happy with this purchase. Wanted to set up an Ubuntu server for the house and this was perfect. Took some experimentation to get it working the way I wanted it, but so far, this is a solid item.

I ordered one of these computers but when I got it it didn't have a card for HDMI so I put one in, and the PC would not boot, so I returned it. They charged me a restocking fee of $171.60! Yeah, $171.60 restocking fee for an item that did not work me me. So in my opinion if you're reading this that means you're looking for a computer... don't buy from this seller.And up to this point Amazon hasn't been much help either.
