When I asked them why, they said they purchase it via a 3rd party and it ships from them (even though the product description states ships from Aventis Systems). After 3 weeks I still have not received the Server 2019 license. Amazon offered to refund if I returned it. Sadly, Aventis advises people to install trial software and put it in place. So I've had to spend an additional $600 to get a license for something I'd already paid for. Aventis Systems needs to be more honest about what they are selling.

Hardware arrived in great packaging. Everything described in the product page arrived as described. Despite several reviews here, I was easily able to get all 4 SSDs working properly, all ram works out of the box, and it was not difficult to set up a raid5 setup using HPs "Intelligent Provisioning" system on boot.However, despite receiving a windows server 2019 DVD with a genuine windows server activation sticker, it appears that the activation code provided on the sticker is for windows 10 and not for windows server 2019. I have called microsoft and they verified that the license key printed on the windows server 2019 activation sticker is actually a key for windows 10.I have submitted a ticket with the seller and will update this review if the seller either provides a refund that is enough to buy a new license myself or provides a genuine windows server 2019 license.

This thing came with the parts to put together, but advertised as already assembled which is deceiving in the first place. You can't return it without the box, and they won't even offer a partial refund. Then, they tried to keep it AND my money. I'm giving them a chance to make it right or I will be escalating them to defrauding me. How are you tring keep the thing AND $3000?! Trash seller! 100/100 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Specs and size are great for what we needed but the drives are a waste of money. Comes with 4 x 1tb ssd and no way to get them working. had to get some old magentic drives since the only ones that seem to be compatible are HP ssd drives and only up to 240gb which isnt going to cut it for us.

They did send out the operating system after I had already said I was returning it because it didn’t work anyway. They refunded my money but charged me a $400 for a restocking fee. So beware.

Lots of memory, fast ssd's, wish the controller offered RAID5, would have liked to have the option for bigger ssd's. Overall a good product, at a decent price.
