Here it is:I recently purchased the DEWALT 20V MAX* Hammer Drill and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This is a top-quality tool that has exceeded all of my expectations.The drill is lightweight and easy to handle, making it comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The 20V MAX* battery provides plenty of power to get the job done, and I love the fact that it is compatible with all of my other DEWALT 20V MAX* tools.The hammer drill feature is incredibly useful, allowing me to easily drill into masonry and concrete with ease. The drill has a high-speed transmission that delivers 2-speed variations, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.The LED light is a great addition, as it provides excellent visibility in low-light conditions. I have had multiple versions of this Power Driver (over 15 years). I don't understand why they even make models without the Hammer Drill feature? For Masonary drilling this feature is a must have. Other drivers will just burn up the Masonary bit. This is by far the most used tool I have, for screws, bolts, nuts, drilling you name it I use it for that! It's always ready for whatever I need it for. Mine (DCD778) has a 3 Amp Hour Battery and it lasts forever! Constant use for construction and such it obviously will need charging. I have ordered a 2nd one to have on hand in my Truck tool box so I will always have one at my disposal. Dewault is by far the leader in the field of cordless products! I have used them all and always reach for my Dewalt.

I'm a dewalt fan but wish we could make them in the USA, apparently only a few portable tools are make here any longer so am waitng for failures with the Chinese parts but only time will tell, so far so good..

SO FAR, SO GOOD. I CAN'T SPEAK TO LONGEVITY BUT THIS ITEM CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IT LIVES UP TO THE WORD. I SUGGEST YOU GET A HAMMER DRILL LIKE THIS ONE. YOU PAY A BIT MORE BUT IT IS MORE VERSATILE (YOU CAN DRILL THROUGH CONCRETE) AND YOU WILL AVOID BUYING ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER NEEDS. IT IS PERFECT PRICE POINT. MAYBE NOT FOR EVERYDAY USE, BUT PERFECT FOR THE OCCASIONAL HANDYMAN AND HOUSE RENOVATOR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. MY FRIEND JUST BOUGHT ONE TOO!
