All temperatures listed below are approximate and are affected by the following factors: outside ambient temperature, the amount and direction of wind, the quality of pellet fuel being used, the lid being opened, and the quantity of food being cooked
- HIGH TEMPERATURE (205-260°C / 401-500°F)
- MEDIUM TEMPERATURE (135-180°C / 275-356°F)
- LOW TEMPERATURE (82-125°C / 180-257°F)
The Pit Boss LCD Screen is used as the information center for your unit. The LCD screen will display your Desired CookTemperature, Actual Cook Temperature, and Meat Probe Temperatures (if connected). lf only one Meat Probeis connected, only one reading will be displaved

This kit blows (the igniter rod) my GFCI outlet anytime I try to use it. Buyer beware.This could be a costly mistake depending on what else is on that gfci supply.If you’re planning a long smoke it could ruin your food.Don’t buy.

Plug and play, everything works as it should. Got an older pit boss for free and this was all it needed to get working again. Smoking a venison tip roast on it as I type this.

This works great in my PB1100. I've had this in for several months. Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas brisket, several pork loins, ribs and other things. I have well over 50 hours of smoking on this kit, worked flawlessly thus far. The temp knob is a different design than the original but does not effect the operation.

Bought this to replace the control unit for my Pit Boss smoker. the installation was easy and it works better than the origional. Smoked a turkey and a ham for Thanksgiving and it turned out Great. The temperature probs worked great.
