Your cart is empty. The coolant recovery bottle acts as a reservoir for the engine’s cooling system. When coolant pressure exceeds the radiator caps springs rated pressure, excess coolant will overflow into the Recovery Tank. Once the engine has cooled down enough, vacuum is created in the coolant system and the coolant is sucked back into the coolant system.

So instead of buying the other $128 option i chose this one. Came in box was destroyed but the tank wasnt even touched. I put it on the car and fitment for the tabs was slightly off. Im not going to cry about it like others, i took it to a vice and gave the tab the slightest bend to get it to line up better. Guess what it went right on and you know what it isn’t leaking like the nasty looking plastic one i had

Received it 3 days before the estimate delivery date which was a surprise. Looks and feels good quality. Did have to move the charcoal canister out of the way to properly fit it because this reservoir is a tiny bit bigger than the original. It still fit perfectly and lined up with the factory screw holes.

Machining is fine, welds are solid. Mine arrived without bolts or any installation hardware and when I emailed them they acted like I was lying which was cool. I got bolts from the hardware store for it, you can reuse the bolts from your own plastic reservoir if you still have them (my car did not.) You have to squeeze it in if you retain your charcoal canister. Bolt holes are off by about an inch each. You will need to fab brackets or re-weld some parts to make it fit. I was able to get one bolt in and I'd have to zip tie another one in if I wanted to run it. I'm just gonna give mine away to a fabricator. I don't recommend this to anyone who doesn't do light fab work at least.*UPDATE* the guy I gave it to has informed me that it actually blocks the motor for the pop up headlights. Worthless garbage. Stay away.

Pretty good fitment to be honest, welds seem fine. I’m impressed. Fit pretty good in my 99.

Seems like good quality with a good price, but it has no vent or overflow outlet. This would make your cooling system a completely closed loop. This is a design flaw, it just needs a vent like every coolant expansion tank ever made.

The tank was very well made, solid, but the brackets just didn't quite line up. If you fit it to one hole the other was a few mm out of line. I compromised and tilted the tank to get bolts through the holes but when tightened down the braces couldn't fit flush with the car. The tilt was obvious.

Very nice. Actually much nicer than I expected for the price. Welds look good and it really cleaned up my engine bay. Only things I did before install were to wash it out (just in case) and to redo the thread tape since I removed the hose fitting to change the angle it was facing. Highly recommend if you want to replace the ugly plastic overflow.
