This a a good raincoat for dogs. It’s bright and colorful Reflective material so your fur baby can be seen easily in the rain. It is easy to put on your dog and it keeps them dry. I would recommend this for your fur baby!

Ich habe für meinen Schäferhund Kaukase Mix mit langem dicken Fell. Habe lange nach einem ungefütterten Regenschutz gesucht. Die größte Herausforderung war die Größe. Meistens waren die bisherigen Artikel zu kurz. Der Po und Hinterschenkel waren nie richtig abgedeckt.Dieses Produkt hat endlich die richtige Größe und im Vergleich ist dar Preis völlig vertretbar. Darüber hinaus sind die Nähte gut verarbeitet, die Gummis für die Hinterläufe verstellbar und nicht zu dünn. Die Farbe orange macht den dunklen Fellknäuel gut sichtbar auch wenn das Leichthalsband mal vorzeitig schlapp macht.Ein guter Kauf würde ich jederzeit wieder bestellen. Habe die größte Größe bestellt

This is THE best dog coat I have ever bought.It fits my little dog wonderfully and keeps him totally totally dry. He is very active and runs everywhere at a million miles an hour.But hates the rain.This simple coat with NO VELCRO fits from Neck to the top of his tail absolutely as if made to measure.It really is wonderful, and he doesn’t mind the very lightweight un-intrusive straps around his back legs at all. I don’t think he even notices them.Thank you Lautus, fro me and Monty the dogI hope you do winter coats too

I already own a waterproof coat for my dog but it is a winter coat with a fur lining and collar so is too warm for warmer weather. I therefore decided to buy a lightweight coat for the summer. I prefer a coat with a built in harness but struggled to find a lightweight coat with this. I found this coat which does not have a built in harness but otherwise looked good. I carefully measured my dog and ordered the medium size. Unfortunately when the coat arrived it was slightly too neat on her. In particular the zip would not go fully up. I then realised that I had forgotten to take account of the fact that she would be wearing her harness underneath the coat. There is no way the coat would go over her harness so unfortunately I had to return the coat. This was a shame as it was a good quality coat. It was sturdy and well made and would certainly have kept her dry. I would still recommend this coat but would warn any potential buyers to measure your dog on top of its harness.

Great little rain coat, only issues are that the zipper doesn't ever stay zipped and it rubs my guy under his arms.But it's water proof, lightweight, and super visible!

This is very bright which is wonderful for visibility in gray, rainy Oregon. It's quite easy to put on my dog. She is a 35 lb red heeler mix. She doesn't seem to mind the raincoat much, but I admit I don't always bother putting her back legs through the straps. It mostly stays down in back quite well without them. If I do put the straps on, she can still pee and defecate without them getting in the way. The raincoat is also lightweight, while still keeping my dog dry.Only cons: 1) the opening to attach a leash to a harness worn under the raincoat is a little difficult to get through, annoying but not a big issue, 2) it seems just a little long in the back for my dog. Again, that's a minor issue.

Update with photo - the puppy has on this jacket - I wish it came in a bright hi visibility Orange like the big dog’s vest, though it is clearly much more visible than the bigger dog’s supposedly hi viz under jacket.I also wish it had toggle cords built in to pull it away from tail area. I used the leg straps to pull it out of poops way— but a cord built in to enable it to be just a little pulled up (like even with the under jacket or a little past that) for during poop time and then to let it have good coverage of the whole dog’s back the rest of the time would be better.The neck toggle tensioner is excellent to keep the neck well in place. And I think another similar to help on the back would be a big improvement. Though maybe this would matter less if the dog had a tail. The cut out is in the right spot for my dog’s tail, but with tailless dog, there is nothing to hold the jacket there.Pros:I got one for my puppy who had outgrown another jacket and decided that this is better than my older dog’s jacket so I got him one too.I got them a little big for each dog so they can go over a warm jacket underneath and then the raincoat can come off for quick drying after being outside. The under jackets are also supposed to be waterproof, but not good enough for PNW conditions.Con: the leg straps rub - I leave them offDesires:Blaze orange option for visibility in hunting terrainA tensioner with toggle on back so that jacket could be held a little shorter during elimination time - especially for a tailless dog where tail does not hold it up.A more comfortable leg band.

UPDATE: I contacted the company via email, and they responded promptly asked for several measurements to try to troubleshoot the problem. They are still working out what happened on their end, but are sending me a refund and replacement for my troubles and have been very helpful and responsive. I am pleased with the customer service, and as I said below, I like the product design and material very much, so I am hoping that the replacements will be the proper chest size. I would buy these again, as I like them much better than some of the other raincoats I have purchased in the past.INITIAL REVIEW: I ordered two raincoats, size Large. The advertised chest measurement is 21.3 - 29.9 inches. I expanded the chest to the maximum length, and it barely reaches 24 inches. (See attached image -- the chest piece is closed, so you would double the 12" measurement to get the full length of 24") The coats are too tight on both of my dogs who have about 25 to 26 inch chests. I cannot go up a size because they will be too long (one is already a bit long on one dog.) I am very disappointed because I really like the design of this coat, and material. (It is like rip-stop vinyl tent material.) I could cut the straps and sew a piece on there to make it work, but I really don't want to do that to a brand new garment. I'm digging around to see if I can rig up some kind of extension if I can find some old clips. I've reached out to the company to see what they will do, and will update this review if they fix the problem. However, the garment is NOT sized as advertised, and since I got two of them and they are sized exactly the same, it doesn't seem to be a one-time error. Other than that, the back and neck measurements are spot on. The quality seems ok, not super high, but for the price, if the sizing was correct, I would keep a couple of these as spares.Second Update: 6 Months Later, I still love these raincoats. The best feature is that there is no velcro. I really like the clip closure of these. They have held up very well, and have stayed very clean, even with walking in the woods. Definitely recommend these.

This coat is a great color for visibility. The thin, lightweight material doesn't weigh down my dog or make him too warm. The adjustable buckle allows you to give your dog a custom fit. What my dog doesn't like about this coat is the loops that go around the rear legs. Willy wears coats often but he sat in protest after I took him out in this outfit. I do appreciate the positive things I mentioned, so i will be cutting off the back portion of the coat and using it without the leg loops.
