I have a 15 lb. Chihuahua mix, and it's very hard to find things that fit him. I measured his body length, and the chart indicated I should get a medium and it was spot on. The legs are a little long, but the velcro straps on each leg allows you to get a snug fit even if you have to bunch up the legs a bit. It's a little bit of a production to get it on, but I'm sure it will be quicker next time now that I have it figured out. My wife and I were cracking up because it makes a swishing sound when he walks, just like a little kid all bundled up in a heavy winter jacket. It's really cute, and it looks to be really well made. The elastic around the waist keeps it snug so your dog can do his/her business without worry about anything getting on the underside of the jacket. There are a couple of times in the no-too-distant past that I wish I would have had this. Last summer we spent a week vising family in Maine, and the weather turned horrid the day we got there. Cold, rainy and windy every single day for a solid week. This would have been a godsend. My dog does not like to get wet, and honestly, neither do I under those conditions. We spend our summers at the NJ shore, and it can get nasty towards the end of September, so I'm sure this will be put to good use this fall. I'm not looking forward to the day we need this, but I'm sure glad I have it and I'm sure Peanut will be appreciative when that time comes.Highly recommended.

This dog raincoat is Very well made. I like the reflective areas. My pug is difficult to fit. He’s got a large chest and the instructions on sizing said to prioritize chest over length. This XL fits his chest perfect but it’s about 2 inches too long in the rear. I suppose the chest fit is the most important part, length is somewhat negotiable in sizing. Chest size is not. My pug does not like to do his business in the rain, so this helps a lot even if it feels awkward to walk in. I think he’ll get used to it. It has snaps, zippers, and Velcro for closures and adjustable clips. There is a covered hole for a leash. It’s very cute when on and functions well as a raincoat. It’s lightweight as well.

I recently got the Dog Raincoat with Side Zipper for my medium-sized dog, and it’s been fantastic. The raincoat is not only waterproof but also windproof, which makes it perfect for those stormy walks. I love the four-leg design because it covers my dog completely, keeping him dry even when he’s running through puddles. The reflective tape is a great safety feature for early morning or late-night walks, and the leash holes are super convenient – no need to take the coat off to attach his leash. The elasticized belly and cuffs ensure a snug fit, and it doesn’t restrict his movement. Overall, it’s been a reliable, comfortable, and practical choice for rainy days!

This raincoat fits our 35-pound medium-sized Doodle perfectly—we got the 2XL and it was just right. The material feels just like a human raincoat: sturdy, well made, and high quality. Out of all the raincoats we’ve tried, this might be the best one so far. The zipper is nicely waterproofed, and the fabric is a bit thicker, which makes it great for rainy fall and winter walks.

I went with the measurements, and measured according to my dogs length and it fits great! She is a 50lb cattle dog/shepherd mix.Wanted something to cover her undercarriage and longer butt and leg fur for snowy hikes so she doesn’t get a bunch of snowballs and this will work great! Also really nice quality. A lot of thoughtful features and is well stitched.
