DOMICA Reptile Heat Lamp with Timer & Dimmer
Terrarium heat lamps provide a vital source of heat for reptiles, amphibians, and other small animals that require a warm environment to thrive.
These lamps are designed to mimic the natural heat of the sun and can be used in a variety of enclosures, including terrariums, aquariums, and cages.
75W UVA+UVB Bulbs
- This bulb provides 75 watts of heat and light for your dragon to bask in.
- It has 97% UVA and 3% UVB to mimics sunlight and to help increase natural behaviors.
- UVA radiation comes from light and can be provided by a good basking bulb. This type of light is essential for a reptile’s vision.
- UVB comes from light like UVA, and it allows vitamin D to be produced in humans and animals. Most species of reptiles are unable to use dietary vitamin D, so they must get it from exposure to UVB.
- These lamps are upgraded to adjust the brightness and set the power-off timer in 2 / 4 / 8 hours, to better mimic the natural heat of the sun.
USING TIPS
- Place the lamp in well ventilated area for heat dissipation
- Don’t touch the lamp and when it’s lighted up
- Avoid light up continuously over 8 hours.
- Keep the lamp away from water.
- Wait a few minutes before removing the bulb until it cools down.

I bought this to put inside our chicken coop during the winter. The clip is strong enough to hold onto a strip that is about a 1/4" thick. Bright enough to give our chickens the needed light during the short winter days. The timer settings work perfectly, I use the 4 hour setting and have never had an issue. The controls are exposed to the weather and are not affected at all.

It fairly worked for 3 weeks. Kept having to tap the bulb fornit to turn on. Wiring connection is extremely loose and now wont turn on. Tried finagling it and wont work now. The timer and light/heat options are nice but unfortunately cheaply made.Dont entirely recommended.

Great light , my baby read ear slider basks there for hours every day. You can’t plug it into a timer unfortunately because when it turns off and then back on it will always be in the highest setting. If you have it on a lower setting it can’t turn back on at that saved setting. It requires you to turn it on and adjust it manually every day. Besides that it works well and the clip is good quality and secure.
