I have become a fan on donjoy. They just work. You do sweat in them but much less than some other brands.

Slides down way to easily as you take your first few steps with it on. You basically have to sweat under it a tad before it will stay in place.UPDATE: 2020 - I still wear this but it really doesn't do what it's supposed to anymore. It's lost a lot of compression. 50% cost increase from where I bought mine seems like a lot for this item.
