Use it for work. It's doing excellent for letting pain at bay. I walk 8 hours a day at work and since purchasing this, I have less pain at the end of the day

If you need a support for your right hip, do not buy this or you will be trying to secure the velcro strips together on the back of the waist and thigh. The support has a small tear along the seam of the waist strap when I opened the package. Will be throwing this garbage away. Useless. Not worth my time trying to return it.
