I don’t know how long is going to last therefore I will update if it fails. I installed it in a 2007 Ford Fusion, it took me over 4 hours to finish the job. YouTube has a good tutorial for that. AC kicked in immediately after. You need a computer to find out what the problem is, but if you have one it will show you -40 degrees on the evaporator and the PCM will prevent compressor from engaging.
