You usually get what you pay for, and that's the case with this purchase. Chair looks good, but the seat has virtually NO padding, and is hard to sit in it for more than an hour...if that. If they would add more padding to the seat so it doesn't feel like you're sitting on a park bench, it would be a LOT better chair. Not sure about the footrest, but its supported by two plastic pieces that are sure to fail. They should be metal. I do like the lumbar support, and the headrest....and the chair seems to be built fairly solid from what I can see so far. Better padding would up it to 4-5 stars.

I just got the Dowinx Gaming Chair and am really happy with it. This chair is so comfy and provides excellent support. The padding is super soft and makes long gaming sessions easy. It's got excellent back support, and I can adjust it to fit me just right. The design looks cool and fits perfectly with my gaming setup.The chair feels really high-quality and looks premium.Putting it together was pretty easy, especially when I followed the instructions. Everything fit perfectly, and it didn't take as long as I thought.Overall, this chair has gone above and beyond my expectations. It's comfy, practical, and looks fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to level up their gaming setup!

Chair is heavy duty and really comfortable. Putting it together was simple. I'm rough on furniture, but this is the first chair that didn't feel flimsy like toilet paper after I finished putting it together. And the massage pillow is strong enough to make you never want to stand up again.Now, after I ordered the chair, through no fault of the company, it took about a month for me to receive it because FedEx couldn't find my house even though I live in the middle of a metropolitan area; then they "lost" the chair. Dowinx helped me through all of it, and when it was reported that FedEx lost the chair, Dowinx contacted them and I received the chair the very next day.All I can say is Great Chair...great company.

I haven't written a review in a long time, if I remember correctly. I also don't have too much to say or add to what everyone else has said but I will just echo that this is a very comfortable chair for sitting at the computer playing games and whatnot else for long periods of time.I had a cheaper basic Furmax gaming chair I got from Amazon that lasted about 4 years. One armrest on that ripped almost right out the gate and it also made the behind sore after sitting for only a couple hours so I bought 3 products (lumbar cushion, armrest cushions, and a seat cushion) to add to that chair to make it comfortable rather than having to replace it and spend even more money. Then sadly last week, the Furmax's hydraulic piping came down and started dragging/scratching on the computer mat and so I had to get rid of the chair.Now with this Dowinx chair, I don't need any of those 3 cushions. Everything feels good. Perhaps it isn't lush or making me feel like I could fall asleep in this thing, but it is definitely a great chair. Just ask my butt.Butt: Yes sir, I could lie on this material all day and not get sore. So much better upgrade next to that Furmax crap.That aside, the assembly was very easy. It comes with the footrest but I don't like those on my computer chairs so I just set that aside for when I may want it.All in all, a great chair. Definitely worth the little extra money compared to my old one.

Assembly of this gaming chair was a challenge. My advice: when you get frustrated with it, get a cup of coffee, and look at the step you are hung up on from a different direction. Perseverance will give you a chair that feels solid and sturdy.For reference, I'm 5'11" and weigh 260. This chair comes with strap on lumbar and headrest cushions. I tried them in the positions the instructions said to attach them. Like most strap on items, they are less than satisfactory. The lumbar cushion is so large, there isn't room for me on the chair. I removed the lumbar completely. I will need to find another lumbar solution because the back feels a little weird with no support. I can foresee a sore back if I don't resolve it. The headrest cushion hits my upper back when installed according to the instructions. I moved it, and strapped it on the top part of the chair. Now it hits the top of my neck and is comfortable, for a strap on.The chair reclines easily, and feels solid in all positions. It doesn't like to rock in the fully upright position, but does easily in a slightly reclined position. It is comfortable when fully reclined and the foot rest out.Summary: This is a nice chair for the price and I would recommend it.

I'm above average in height and weight, and as such, finding a comfortable chair to work in has been a challenge. I tried several office style "professional" chairs, and all of them caused severe back pain before the day ended. A friend recommended this gaming chair, and I've never looked back. A few parts (Plastic coverings) were mildly damaged in shipping, but that's to be expected these days. Nothing that caused any loss in functionality of the chair. I'm confident support would have replaced them, however I decided not to complain since it was all superficial damage. There are several non-standard options to adjust tilt, lean back, adjust the seat back, etc that have come in handy over the years. The seat is wide and manages to hug the body. Additionally, the arm rests are incredibly comfortable. Support has been great for the chair, even two years later. I have had one issue where the lift cylinder broke apart where it attached to the base mechanism, however support was able to assist with a replacement part.
