Solid 4.5 Stars! I listed as 5 as to not take away from the product itself, but is a solid 4.5.I only take a half a star away due to the fact that it IS a little complex to set up if you are not very tech friendly. However. There IS a whole series of videos that walk you through set up, as well as a 24/7 available chat. Understand they are overseas from the USA, so their days/availability differs from ours, as well as things like measurements, etc. Working in mm versus inches is a little learning curve, but again, they are there to walk you through the process.The printer itself, prints amazing. I have made some really cool designs so far, and the best part is that you are given a printing program, not a design program. So I can use my photoshop to do all I need to, and just bring it in to print. Thus not losing any integrity of the designs, or being stuck with a sub-par program I am forced to design in.The only con, is that again, if you are not tech friendly, it can be a little complex of a process. & The little key-lock/USB is rather annoying, I dislike having to have that inserted into my PC in order to USE the DTF program, but again, only a slight annoyance, and doesn't affect my willingness to use it.Overall, this is a GREAT product for the beginner and occasional user. If you are trying to run a big t-shirt biz, definitely go with a bigger more high volume machine. For the everyday home crafter, this is great.

This thing has been a piece of garbage since the day we got it. The company lied to us over and over until it was too late to return. Complete waste of money! Run from this printer AND this company!

I was hesitant looking at the reviews but made the purchase anyway and am happy I did. Got it up and running without the need for customer service. The instructions and videos leave you scratching your head at times but I was able to eventually make sense of it. The only real complaint I have that is not shown in the video is when you do the power clean it does not stop on its own. I did not realize this because the video tends to lead you to believe it stops on its own and it doesn't. I received a phone call right after starting it and before I knew it half the ink from each color was in the waste jar.
