this is an update on an earlier review. 22000 miles on this greenstuff 6000 pads and slotted rotors on a honda odyssey. These brakes feel better then the Brembo's on my BMW m3. absolutely no fade on every stop. No noise, and the expected dirt. This is a heavy vehicle and the stock brakes are not very good. On panic stops you keep having to push harder until the car stops with the stock brakes. the greenstuff are just steady. I just replaced the rears because of the honda problem with excessive rear brake wear. With the previous Raybestos ceramic brakes i got 25000 on the rears but they also faded a lot and were noisy. I am will very willing to take a shorter lifetime for the great performance. The fronts have about 50 percent wear which is also a bit more than the Raybestos. these brakes so far have caused no rotor warping. I ran a gauge on the rotors and they are at factory spec. I had slight warpage with the raybestos at 25,000 miles. In conclusion: Yes they have a somewhat shorter lifetime but they just just work so well especially on a vehicle that has notoriously bad brakes. I love brakes that don't fade.

So, i am getting the brake scrape sound to replace these brakes already, it has been only about 30,000 miles since installed, about 3 years on the vehicle. We dont drive too aggressively, given the family is in the car only on highway trips. These are a vast improvement to the OEM pads, which I found were almost downright dangerous in a panic stop situation.Rear pads are down to the wear indicators, evenly, and the front pads at this rate, need to go in about another 6 mo.I will try the akebonos next.Rotors seem to be fine, no excessive wear and mic out to normal range specs now.These are great performance pads, no doubt, but to me 30K miles of use isnt acceptable.I have red stuff pads on my coupe that are holding up well at 30K now...

I installed these after a few weeks with new front rotors and EBC YellowStuff pads on our 2010 Odyssey, and they had a noticable improvement in the bite of the brakes, providing more confident braking. I had intially hoped just replacing the fronts would do the trick, but the addition of the rear pads was well worth it.Install was easy, took maybe a half hour from start to finish. I did not replace the OEM rotors, and have had no issues.
