EBC Redstuff ceramic pads reduce dust emitted by OEM pads by approx 80 percent. Redstuff pads also reduce rotor wear so that rotors and pads last longer whilst delivering great brake performance. For optimum lifetime in track use EBC still recommend drivers to upgrade to their Yellowstuff or even the new Bluestuff range but if fast street is what you need, EBC Redstuff Ceramic is the pad to choose.

I've had very little dust from these and been using them for 3 years, 40k miles on the front, 1.5 years, 15k miles on rear on my 2006 Acura RSX Type-S. I have machined lip aftermarket wheels and it takes about 3 months of driving (daily) to accumulate enough dust to make me 'have' to wash them. Zero squeaks or screeches, as expected from ceramics. Also as expected, zero wear on either rotors that they were paired with when installed.Their initial bite isn't sharp, allowing you to ease into braking for daily driving, but they WILL stop you quickly (way faster than OEM, Hawk's, Duralasts) when they're warmed up and romped on. It only takes a few minutes of driving for them to be sufficiently warm to grab well with pressure. (For more serious driving, I usually get them warmer with a few harder presses.) I've never experienced fade, then again, I don't ride my brake or continuously brake - even on miles of downhill roads (brake harder, release for breathing).I'm settled on these as my pads for daily, occasional track use, and canyon carving.I'm also settled on yellows for the sister vehicle, 2009 Acura RDX.

These improved the braking performance dramatically. I coupled them with slotted and drilled rotors from stop tech and they worked out amazingly.

Great street performance brakes. The only reason i'm giving them 4 stars is because they are not as low dust as they make it sound. The stopping power is great though and as far as I can tell the performance is definitely there. They feel a lot more safer than the stock brakes on my 2008 civic si. I'm very pleased.

Got these because my Hawk HP+ pads were creating an excessive amount of dust and lots of noise. These have greatly reduced the brake dust i deal with and there is no noise. Of course they do not stop quite as hard and the Hawk HP+ pads but they are the best bang for the buck that I have found

Let me start off by saying I love EBC Brake Products. Unfortunately contrary to the fitment guide the DP31254C DO NOT fit a 2006 Honda Civic. Double check fitment with manufacturers website.I will keep the pads since they do fit my S2000. Once again it is a great product. I can't wait to get the correct pads for my Civic.

I love these new brake pads. It was odd to learn the red paint is a bit on the thick side. A light file to the paint made them fit much better, with less worry of hangups or dragging. Brake dust is more than I anticipated, but the new found stopping power is a welcome trade off. Don't forget to correctly match the part number to your vehicle.

The Red-Stuff brakes were installed on the front disc of my 2008 Honda Civic Si. You are going to get about as much squeak with these brake pads as you would any other. And your likely going to end up with more brake dust to boot. Next time I'll probably just buy regular brake pads and save the extra money.
