Great pad for the VW CC. Can live with it daily, can endure spirited driving. Got around 45k miles with these on the rear. Just put on my second set. When these wear out, I may try yellow to handle increased abuse.

Can't go wrong with EBC Red. Have these on all my car and all my bike. You can feel the different in grip. I actually lock up my bike wheel the first time I change to Redstuff on my bike.

Yes, you WILL get loud squeals from these brakes. Yes you WILL get brake dust from these brakes. Yes, they WILL get quiet and cleaner as you break them in. It took me about 900 miles to get them to stop squealing and being so dirty, however it was well worth the quality of these pads. Great stopping in cold, wet, or any other conditions. Next will be the rotors from EBC.
