Your cart is empty.The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

EX Celica Pro Celebrity race car for track days. I have been using Hawk Plus pads on my track Miata for 5 years now and love the bite and feel of the pads. with the Celica I could not get Hawk HP plus pads for the back as they are discontinued so thought I would try these for a change. They are not much better than a street spirited driving pad. Maybe comp to a Hawk HPS pad but definitely no where near the bite and ability of the HP plus pads so straight away I bit the bullet and replaced the fronts with Hawk HP plus and what a difference in braking for the corners on the track (laguna seca and Buttonwillow).I am sure these are great for some cars or drivers and maybe good for a street replacement but for me and the track, garbage! I did leave the ones on the back axle as I did not want the back to rotate too early on the corner, it seems OK.

Great pads for the price. I ran them on my tC down the dragon and they performed much better than the stock pads. I was still able to cook them by the end but much better than stock.
