Your cart is empty.The new EBC Yellowstuff compound is essentially a race pad but with a big difference in that it works from cold and can be safely used on the highway. If you want the ultimate in high friction braking this is the pad to choose. Brakes feel superb from first touch of the pedal and stay effective up to race temperatures. Maximum stopping is prime requirement and for short duration track use. Its dust rating is similar to OEM parts. All pads come with edge chamfers, center line slots, noise reduction shims and OEM hardware as needed. All EBC pads feature the EBC brake in surface coating which helps pads seat quickly after install.

Not really sure to make of this. EBC factory seal broken and box had clearly been opened. I paid for a new , seal item. Not someone return. The front pads I got also appear to have been opened. Amazon quality control slipping. Ill edit stars depending on what else I find.

If you are comfortable with your car and its braking abilities, and you are above "beginner" I do not recommend these for track use.They have good cold bite, but can fade quickly under severe braking conditions. For street application, these are a nice upgrade for sure.Dual purpose brake pads are purely compromise, and this is no exception. Unless you are very slow on track/barely use your brakes, these are Street pads.

I've used EBC before although this was the 1st time with my Focus RS. They are great both on the street and track [HPDE]. They bit well went cold and don't fade when they get warm/hot.

Swapped the OEMs out for these, primarily for autocrossing. The bedding procedure is a bit different, but once that was complete, these pads really came to life. They screeched a bit for the first several hundred miles but now you can't tell the difference between regular pads... Until you heat them up and they keep working! The only real downside is that they put out a lot of dust, but honestly I'll take that for a pad that works equally well on the street as the track.
