The squeaking is killing me! These are not quiet at all and after doing some research I'm not the only one. I have done everything to make them stop squealing, lube, re-bed to no avail. I'm going to have to replace them and eat the $60. Not very happy about that. Going to have to try some Akebonos and see how that goes. Other than the horrid noise, they do stop pretty well.

So far so good, they are quiet and seem to stop and have the same pedal feel as my factory Mazda 3 pads, if not better stopping power. The replacement was simple as they fit the same as the oem pads, so it was a quick job and the only hiccup was because of Mazda's design (not enough hands to deal with clips on the back of the pads).

This product did not fit my 2013 ford escape. In the picture, the top is the Hawk product, and the bottom is the original OEM product.

Soft pedal feel on intitial application. Have to get pretty far into the brakes before they bite. Will not buy again.

I bought these as back-ups for when my other Hawk HPS pads go bad. I've installed them on my '05 Mazda 3 2.3 S Sedan with ease. Maybe since I've installed G-Stop Steel Breaded Brake Lines or engine brake appropriately but it's been over 3 years since I've installed my 1st set of Hawk HPS pads and they are still great; plenty of brake pad still left. I've noticed greater stopping power, ultra low brake dust, and my brakes hardly ever makes any noises.

When the OEM brake pads needed to be replaced I put these on my Mazda3. Honestly, I can't tell a huge difference yet. These definetely brake good/excellent, but when my OEM pads were new they did to. Hopefully, these Hawk pads won't dust as much. They did squeal a bit the first week too. Amazons price was the best I could find.

Hawk performance is known for their great brake products. Amazon has great prices on these as well. Ordered these for my 2005 Mazda 3 2.3L, they work excellent. I drive pretty aggressively on the street and autocross once a month and these stand up to the duty. They would work great for almost any driving condition I would think. No need to think twice!
