The egg piercer is okay. Listing is clearly marked "stainless steel", but the bottom of the egg piercer is plastic and the egg separator is entirely plastic.

This Egg Separator Kit - Stainless Steel Egg Piercer & Egg Yolk Separator is like a hit and miss. Much to do with trial and error with the piercing of an egg. I’ve learned to hold the piercer down firmly on the counter and not to press to hard on the egg. So that it want resulted into a broken egg. The piercer doesn’t give much of a hole, but it’s effective enough to make the egg shell to peel away easily.The eggs separator works as expected. It’s very lightweight weight and a bit flimsy.
