Produced excellent steamed eggs: we used 5 minute steam eggs recipe. Add one cup of water, steam for 5 on high pressure, let it sit for 10, ice water bath. The eggs came out excellent.One thing I noticed is the size: claimed size is 6.89", real size 6"-3/16. Thus the rack is slightly loose, bigger gaps on all sides.Overall recommend.

I got tired of arranging my eggs on the regular trivet in my IP. This steamer rack is perfect for eggs and anything else you want to place on it. I like that I can stack it on top of the trivet I already have so I can steam multiple things at the same time.
