I picked up this set to test the compression on a chainsaw. One of the adaptors fit the sparkplug whole perfectly. I attached the hose and the gauge, and easily checked the compression. It was low, as I expected, but that's a whole other story. This gauge came in a decent case, nothing fancy, but adequate. I'm just a DIY'er, but this set should be all I ever need.
