Seems to work flawlessly so far.Easy to install.Expensive adapter but seems reliable.Disappointed in not getting caps as shown on the product images. Is that photo misleading?

The MEGADAP ETZ21 Pro is great in theory, but in practice, it's become more of a headache than a solution. Initially, autofocus and Eye-AF worked well, but after just a few weeks, I started facing serious reliability issues across multiple Sony E-mount lenses, including:Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8Sony 16-35mm f/2.8Sigma 135mm f/1.8Sony 50mm f/1.2 GMThe Issues:Exposure Compensation Overexposes – The adapter randomly miscalculates exposure, resulting in overexposed images.Lens Loses Connection Constantly – The lens randomly stops working, and autofocus completely fails.The Only Fix? Restart the Camera – What used to be an occasional issue has now become an every-shot problem within just two weeks.For the price I paid, I expected reliability. Instead, I find myself restarting my camera after every shot, which is completely unacceptable for professional use. To make matters worse, Megadap offers zero post-sale support. No response, no troubleshooting help—nothing. The seller has asked I contact megadap directly and leave this review too.Final Verdict: If you want a smooth, frustration-free workflow, look elsewhere. This adapter is too unreliable for serious work.

The adapter works perfectly, all functions translate seamlessly. Of course, focusing is a bit slower compared to native lenses.

This thing works flawlessly. I had the Sony 1.8 lenses (20mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 85mm) and they all worked great. I’ve since sold my Sony gear, but I kept this for my Samyang AF 135mm 1.8. It lives on that lens, because I cannot afford a Plena. It works just as well as it did on my A7RIV, so it’s fantastic. Highly recommended.

Come da titolo, funziona... punto. La perdita di performance è davvero trascurabile, la messa a fuoco con lenti Sony o Sigma Art su corpi Nikon è veramente precisa e affidabile. L'ho usato finora su tre matrimoni quindi un uso professionale e che non ammette errori, sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

It would not allow my camera to function. I got an error message saying "press the shutter button to continue" and then had to restart the camera in an endless loop of errors like this.

Bonne qualité, super discret et léger, mais ne fonctionne pas avec certains objectifs comme par exemple le Sony 35mm f/1,4 GM. Fonctionne parfaitement avec le Tamron 35-150 f/2-2,8, même si très difficile à monter dessus et il y a un léger jeu sur la monture Z Nikon.

Adaptern har verkligen överraskat mig positivt, då den till att börja med är otroligt liten och kompakt och man ser knappt att man har en adapter monterad. Sedan fungerar den nästan helt perfekt med de Sony- och Sigmaobjektiv jag testat den med. Det enda jag märkt av, är att vid tracking, så har den lite svårt att följa motiv som rör sig väldigt snabbt, samt att AF-hastigheten på mitt Sigma 85/1,4 är lite långsammare än när den sitter på ett Sonyhus. Sonys egna 50/1,2 GM är däremot precis lika snabb på min Z-kamera som på ett Sonyhus.
