This ice maker is awesome! I love the soft, chewable ice it makes. It's super compact and fits perfectly in my dorm without taking up any space. It makes ice really fast—I had plenty in no time for all my drinks. Plus, it runs very quietly. I already recommended it to my friend.

This machine is way smaller than I thought. I should have just sent it back when I got it. The ice melts way too fast. When I scoop ice out the water is dripping from the scoop. I put the ice in a bag and put it in the freezer and it freezes into a solid chunk. Really wish I had stuck with the bullet ice machines. So disappointed. It does work but the ice isn’t solid and melts fast so if you want ice to keep your drinks cold for a long time don’t get this machine.

Ice maker is very loud don't work like to my liking but it does get the job done Eventually. It doesn't take up much space and is EZ to clean it let's you know when it's low on water.

This is an initial review of this ice maker but if any surprises come along, it will updated:I unboxed the ice maker, put in 4-5 cups of bottle drinking water, and ran the cleaning cycle twice. I then drained that water out and refilled with fresh bottled drinking water. I turned the ice making cycle on and was worried, as a stream of water poured out the ice chute!😮 I just left it alone and in about 6-7 minutes, it started making ice (with no more water stream)! I will say that this unit is MUCH smaller and quieter than our previous Frigidaire unit that died after 1.5 years. The nugget ice that this unit makes is also "softer" than our previoys unit. Needless to say that so far, I am impressed!
