I ordered the upgraded woven 6" because they have zippered pockets on each side. The shorts falls above the knee just like any other soccer shorts. The are polyester and on the rough fabric side. They came folded and wrinkly but after washing, they are super neat. The sides little lines are reflective. The zipped pockets can fit iPhone 16 Pro. Promax might fit too but not with thick case. We are happy on these shorts.

These EXARUS boys’ athletic shorts are now my son's favorite! He wears them for everything—basketball, running, soccer, and just playing outside. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and truly quick-dry, which is great for summer heat and active days. The adjustable waistband is a nice touch and ensures a comfortable fit without being too tight. The length is perfect—hits just above the knee—and they have deep pockets that actually hold stuff securely. After multiple washes, there’s been no fading, fraying, or shrinking. He says they’re super comfy and “feel like gym shorts but better.” They come in great colors, too! I’m definitely buying more pairs for school and sports. Highly recommend these if you want reliable, budget-friendly athletic wear for boys.

I love that these shorts have 2 layers. These are great for active kids since the base layer provides more reliable coverage while the top layer has a good flow to it. There is plenty of movement in the fabric to help keep things cool as it gets hotter. They are nice and long so they cover better for when she's skating or playing. The set coming in at around 11$ a pair for the quality is a good deal. They have taken some punishment even just around the farm and still look just as good as when they arrived.

I bought these shorts for my autistic 11yo and they were an instant hit. He's worn them to every soccer practice he's had since we got them. They fabric is somewhat softer than the typical silky sports material that most athletic clothes are made out of. The lining is perfect for soccer as he can run, slide, jump and not have to worry about his shorts sliding up on him.He also loves the "secret" pocket that is in the liner of these shorts along with the two normal pockets on the outside of the shorts.These fit true to size, if not a smidge on the big side, but that leaves him plenty of room to grow.

My son does cross country and always runs out of running shorts in the week. This 5 pack solved that easily and he really likes how comfortable they are and how nice the material feels. They fit him well and he doesn't complain about running out of them or them slipping down too easily. The material is durable and easy to wash as well as easy to cram in a school bag without taking up much space. This is a great package to get a lot of running shorts at a great value.

My son was very excited to wear these! He tried them on immediately and loves the fit. He demonstrated for me how they are so comfy and move with him. He said he feels like he's not wearing anything they're so comfy (words from a 10 year old!). I'm not real fond of the lighter colors, especially the tone of grey, but the variety is nice. I feel like they fit True to Size - and maybe on the slender size. I often have a hard time finding shorts/pants with a small enough waist (often having to put a tuck in the waist for him), these are perfect without using the ties - no adjustment needed. It is the type of fabric that looks like it could snag, time will tell.
