This printer is worth the investment!! The case it came in is exceptional. I have contacted the support team on 2 occasions and they have been incredibly helpful. They assisted me in getting the software updated so that I can begin my printing process and they assisted me in making sure that the print process was smooth between my computer and the printer. I have successfully completed my first project with the help of Procolored's support team.Thank you all so much for your support and assistance.

I wish I would’ve bought this before the L1800. I upgraded my machine in November and haven’t looked back since. The maintenance is so easy to keep up with. I highly recommend this machine. Skype help is top notch!

Before buying this machine, buy a prestige pro, more expensive and that did not work, I had it 3 months and never printed with everything and its technical service, change to procolored and wow be impressed with the quality of impression, I had some details, but technical service has been able to help me very well 100% I recommend it.

The worst customer service. They don’t call you back. I think this company is using these items for you to download malware into your computer. Be careful!!

As with anything unfamiliar, I was overwhelmed at how everything worked. I reached out by sending a message to seller and they wrote back with instructions to contact them. We communicated through Skype and it was so easy.The guys who helped me were so patient and so kind. They even stayed during lunch break because it was late here. Once you learn everything, it’s easy. If you ever have an issue, you just go back to your Skype chat and they will help.When we were finished, we printed a picture. I was blown away. The print quality is AMAZING. Such vibrant colors. I can’t wait to see what I can’t do with this thing.

I’m not new to DTF but wanted to upgrade to a faster and higher quality machine. I pulled the trigger on this machine and after getting it set up I had some software issues.Jumped on with the tech team via Skype and wow! The amount of support and help they provided to get me up and running was awesome.Fast forward a few weeks and I have another small issue. Jumped right back into the Skype group and two engineers got be back up and running, all while teaching me how to do some very detailed repairs.I am now a Procolored member for life.The quality of the prints are incredible. The colors are so bright and detailed. The speed is 2-3x faster than my other machine. This machine will pay for itself in no time.
