Desperately needed a slide projector to view Dads vast collection of old slides. I was able to purchase a used carousel-type projector that was from the 70s. Shortly after buying it, the bulb literally disintegrated. Ugh. I was soo concerned that I would never be able to find a bulb to fit. I purchased this one and, with fingers crossed, gave it a shot. It worked!! Would definitely recommend!

Well this is exactly what it was. I think the box that the lamp came in was older than me, and I'm thirty eight. After I got the build up on the contacts cleaned off (I still don't think it had ever been used), I stuck it in and it works fine. They just don't make them like this any more!

It took about a week to come in. The bulb showed up with no problems. I have installed it into my projector and it works like a charm. I was afraid that I wouldn't find a replacement bulb, being that these projectors are almost extinct. Just my luck I was able to find this light bulb. No shipping problems, it was packaged well and looks perfect when I show my dad's 1940s photo slides.
