My 2014 ninja se has a lip that curves up a bit. This will not work for my bike

Imagine my surpise when my first ride with this produce would also be my last, despite installing it properly and tightening all 3 bolts, when I got back home from a short Mayne 10 mile ride...it was gone...just...gone, didn't stick on at all.I advice against this product unfortunately.

This expands the footprint of your kickstand so that it is less likely to sink into the ground or pavement. The product is built pretty heavy. It seems durable. I did not put locktite on it but it shows no sign of loosening, I check daily. When the kickstand is up there is no danger of getting something hung on it because it is out of the way. It does look good. It does match my 2024 Ninja 650. Unless you are in the know, you would think the kickstand is stock - that's how good it is for the bike. I do recommend this product.

Be aware if your hung pin for kickstand is very loose, or bent the larger pad will not sit flat... Other than that it's awesome. I had to add a washer to my pin joint to get rid of some of the kickstand slop now sits mostly flat.

There is an upturned lip on Ninja 1000sx and this product will not fit the bike.
