The garlic holder was bigger than I expected but I like the size because I can hold more garlic in it. The container is super cute so I display it on my kitchen counters. The only problem is the lid! The lid doesn’t fit properly and almost seems as though it was meant for a smaller container. You can push the lid and it’ll slide off center not creating a perfect seal. It bothers me more for aesthetic reasons as the smell of the garlic is still contained despite the ill fitting top. I can’t really tell if it’s doing a better job preserving my garlic than when I just had it out in basket but either way my garlic has remained fresh and ready for use. It does do a good job of withholding the smell of the garlic which is a difference I’ve noticed and appreciated. Just wish more attention had been given to the lid which fits perfectly in the advertisement for the product.

This is well made. The visual appeal is great. It looks good on you counter. But it also has good air flow to prevent mold and such., much like hanging you garlic. The only issue i have is while it's designed to look like a bulb of garlic, the lid isn't keyed so that when you put it on it's hard to put it on properly. A slight fault in the design. But i still love it.
