Das Messer ist nicht zu knicken, super stabil, liegt gut in der Handund hat schön scharfe aber trotzdem stabile Kanten um Erde auch "schneiden" zu könnenund so ein kleines Loch für Fundsachen dierekt unter der Oberfläche ausheben zu können.Ich habe das Messer beim Sondeln ab jetzt immer dabei.

The digger is what you would expect, rugged and durable; however, the sheath will deteriorate rather quickly if you're an active detectorist, as it breaks down with repeated usage from the digger being removed/reinserted frequently. I'd give the sheath 2-3 stars, and expect to use duct tape to hold it together eventually, or purchase yet another down the line.

This thing is perfect for a quick dip in the dirt. Works well for things that are not super deep. Strong and sturdy.

Perhaps a bit overpriced, but you get what you pay for. It's lightweight yet made well.I've used it in a number of different locations and in different types of ground - Soft dirt or hard rocky type soil, nothing seems to hurt it and it's remained sharp.If you're comparing to other advertised products, this one takes top consideration. You'll be happy you decided to purchase it.

Another great product from Garrett! Digs a hole with little effort and teeth cut through roots very quickly.Just to let you know this thing is a beast and it is pretty heavy but that what makes it such a great tool for digging holes or killing zombies. The sheath easily fits on your belt and there are no issues taking it in and out. Plus has nice velcro strap to hold the shovel in when not in use. It is very well made and probably never need to buy another shovel.

What a great tool! The Garrett edge digger is ideal for metal detecting. Cuts right through the ground so easy. I love it and am so happy I bought it. Garrett makes great products. I also use the Garrett pro pointer. Always reliable.

Works great. I carry this digger while metal detecting and love it. If I’m going to be hunting a park or grassy area it’s my tool of choice as it easily cuts nice clean plugs. Only complaints are that it’s slightly dull new out of the box, but depending on how hard of ground your working it might be fine for you. Also it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to similar tools, but not terrible.When your digging through rocks and junk it’s inevitable that the tool will go dull, so occasional sharpening is expected with all tools like this anyways. It’s very stout, I’m not worried about it breaking at all.Definitely would buy another one.

This tool is an absolute must have for metal detecting. Don’t let the pictures fool you into thinking the tool is just flimsy metal. The base makes an excellent connection to the blade and it doesn’t feel like it’s being bent when strong force is applied to loosen a plug or dig a hole. The teeth are wide enough and tall enough to last for years and are strategically placed on the blade when cutting into soil. My only complaints are that the blade and teeth aren’t really sharp at all and the tool does have trouble cutting into roots in the ground. And also the blade is meant more for cutting a plug than it it for scooping soil out of a hole. All in all I would extremely recommend this product.

Attrezzo di ottima qualità che uso per estrarre monete antiche dal sotto suolo durante le mie escursioni archeologiche in alta montagna. Ho recuperato tante monetine e devo dire che la lama taglia anche le radici grosse come se fossero di burro. Evviva la Garrett.
