They apparently updated the carafe as it is excellent now. No drip pouring and keeps coffee hot for 4 hours.

I found it to be an excellent coffeemaker at a competitive price. It took the first two pots of coffee to get the flavor where it needed to be. After that, it produced consistently rich coffee flavor. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Solo una cuestión no deben de dejar los paquetes afuera de la puerta, por qué se pueden extraviar de pura casualidad yo andaba cercas de mi domicilio y pude recoger el paquete de afuera de la casa. No deberían entregar si no recibe la persona interesada, gracias y saludos

it's been quite a while since I've purchased a coffee machine. for the longest time, i was drinking french press or using my chemex to do pour over which both yield a delicious cup of coffee to be sure, but sometimes I want some coffee and don't want to have to deal with that whole ritual for whatever brewing method. especially during the work week, adding an extra half hour to the morning routine. I purchased this machine so i could dump some fresh ground in the top before bed, set a timer and have it be ready in the morning before i start working.I got the version with the Metal Carafe, so far it's been great. no issues brewing at all. The Carafe keeps the coffee pretty hot for a good while. The carafe is a little more difficult to clean as the top has kind of a lip to it, but nothing a proper bottle brush hasn't been able to handle. the one complaint I have is due to the slightly awkward shape of the Carafe, pouring fresh water from the carafe, into the machine can get messy if youre not careful. you have to pour it in from the side and then still, since it has that little lip, you cant get all of the water into the machine. theres just a very little bit still left in the bottom. no big deal, i just empty that back in the sink and then start the brew.as far as taste. it's drip coffee... it taste the same as any other coffee I've had from any other drip coffee machine... it's nothing special, but it doesn't suck. I use the reusable metal mesh filters that came with the machine in the interest of convenience. time will tell how well it holds up to daily abuse but so far so good.

La cafetera está en todo, cumple con las expectativas, es programable y de fácil uso, lo más versátil es poder colocar el vaso térmico directamente en la cafetera para que esté listo el café sin tener que pasar de la jarra al vaso.En la descripción del producto no se muestra que tipo de vaso se puede usar, ni el alto o tamaño, en mi caso estoy utilizando un vaso de 17 cms de alto (sin la tapadera), de 16 onzas y de 20 onzas acero inoxidable.

I have had many coffee makers over the years (Braun, Mr Coffee, OXO, French Press, Aeropress). Needed a second coffee maker to make coffee for guests, this coffee maker checks all the boxes. Ignore the complaints from other reviews.1. Makes good coffee. Isn’t this the most important thing? Not fussy, not gourmet but good.2. Metal carafe, have broken too many glass carafes over the years, will never buy glass again.3. Metal carafe keeps coffee hot, without the burning that a warming plate causes with glass.4. Stainless steel looks good, not cheap plastic.5. Easy to use. I don’t use the carafe to fill the reservoir. This is in my kitchen next to the sink, there are only 100 other pitchers and water bottles in my kitchen that I can use to fill the reservoir to get the job done.6. Not complicated to operate. Easy for leave out the night before and guests have one button to push to make coffee in the morning.7. Clock. Yes, the clock doesn’t stay on. To me that is a plus, how many appliance clocks do I need blinking in my kitchen? Have not used programmable option but glad to have if needed.8. Pouring. Have no problem pouring from the carafe. Yes, you need to unscrew the lid to get the last of the coffee out. Oh the humanity.This is a good solid coffeemaker, it’s not gourmet but it gets the job done, makes good coffee, looks good, durable, metal carafe for not a ton of money.

Tengo 15 días usando esta cafetera y hasta el momento le daría una buena calificación. Me parece de buena calidad la jarra de acero inoxidable. Considerar que por el sistema que tiene la jarra, no permite servir hasta la ultima gota de café pero no veo gran problema en esto.

En definitiva es una excelente cafetera, muy fácil de manejar, con mejores materiales que no acumulan impurezas fácilmente y sobre todo cubre las expectativas del sabor que se espera en la preparación de un buen café, pues aprovecha bien la cantidad de café que se utiliza.
