pair of non stick,textured bottom pans,helped by a little spray of butter or canola or other baking,cooking oil.Eventually you will season through use to be sure. Can use where ever you use flat bottom panswi like the of walls around bottom.Excellent value.

This is a good square pan for baking. I like that the material is thick and doesn’t bend or flex easily. While the 9x9 size imprinted on the side of the tray is great to identify this tray vs. others in a shelf, this imprint is stamped so is on the inside as well, which means whatever I bake will have a slight imprint of the '9x9' text.

I got this square pan to match up with the 9 inch round cake pans. You can cut a circle in half, and put on the edges of this one to make a heart shape, which the kids like.The pan works about as well as other non-stick pans. I don't notice any good or bad effects from the pattern on the base of the pan. The picture shows what happens with a basic pam oil layer. It is easy to clean off, at least for now.The square does measure about 9 inches on the inside, and measures 2 inches deep on the outside, so it's a bit less on the inside.I'd say the price is reasonable for the quality of the pan. Time will tell if the extra cost over a basic square is worth it.Made in China.

The GoodCook 9 inch pan is great for baking cakes or brownies. It cooks evenly and the food doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Cleaning the pan is easy and should probably be done by hand to extend the life of the pan. Great quality for the price.
