Total junk! This mic is useless right out of the box even with a full charge on it. I connected it to a pro-grade mixer. Nothing. The lights were on for both the mic and the receiver, but there was no sound at all. I thought perhaps it was a frequency mismatch, so I removed the case to access the special buttons as indicated in the user’s manual…but there were no buttons! Just an empty plate where the buttons were supposed to be! This is absolutely just junk!

This single microphone, simple function is super easy to use and fun for parties and karaoke. Connection was great, smooth no drops. For the price range, a fairly rich but is a little thin compared to branded professional mics, with a little more noise or hum noticed. For live stage backup it is fine.Note.. instructions said there is volume control but on this simple version ther is only an on switch and power plug in area with a LED screen showing channel. Comfortable to hold. And great long lasting charge.

Firstly, this microphone looks fabulous. Love the glitzy gradient colors! The body housing is plastic, but does not feel excessively flimsy. It seems like it could crack if you do any mic drops, though. The included manual is nearly worthless. For one thing: it isn't even for the right model microphone, it's for the LT-120. (This is the LT-118.) All it includes is two tiny pages pointing out and identifying the various buttons and lights. (Including some buttons not actually included on this model.) Slightly better than nothing.Bluetooth pairing: The mic and the transmitter paired perfectly in seconds, every time! The pairing indicator light on the transmitter never, ever lit up, but you could tell it was paired because the display on the mic stopped flashing when the connection was made.Use: Ups and downs. The Downs-- Using the included 3.5 jack adapter, I tried plugging it into the microphone jack of my computer. It worked, but so, so whisper quiet, I could not hear myself through the speakers. Shouting into the mic caused the tiniest blip in the level indicators. I then tried connecting directly to the computer speakers. So quiet I had to go into the next room so my co-worker could hear whether my voice was coming through. Don't know if the adapter was bad or if the mic just absolutely needed a dedicated amplifier, because--The Ups-- Plugging it directly into the 1/4 mic jack of the boss's karaoke machine, after a horrendous burst of feedback that went away after a volume adjustment, the mic worked perfectly. The sound was clear, background noise seemed to be filtered out, and it picked up the speaking voice from about an inch away. (Some microphones you have to practically kiss, this one could be held normally.) We tried walking the mic away from the speaker all the way across the building, with a concrete wall partly blocking the way, and it still came through perfectly.I don't have a different 1/4-3.5 adapter to test it with, so all I can say in the end is that this mic works really well for a very specific set of equipment. (The web page states it will not work plugged into the aux of a stereo amp, but I tried anyway out of stubbornness, and no, it did not.) But if you've got an amplifier or karaoke machine that takes a mic with a 1/4 jack, you could do worse than this one.

This microphone looks cool and I like the display however it is extremely lightweight, so much so that it feels like it could be easily damaged. Its overall sound quality was OK and I checked its range out to over 150 feet in an open yard and it worked fine and I did not hear any distortion or static.I do like the fact that his microphone uses an 18650 battery that can easily be replaced and that the receiver is rechargeable and both use USB C ports.I also like that it came with adapter giving you more versatility to plug into many standard microphone inputs. Some issues:The mic is not very sensitive at all. You literally have to have your lips touching the screen directly on the very top for it to pick up your voice well. Back off 1/2” to 3/4” and your voice just fades away. The sound quality was ok but not exceptional so it might work fine for PA use but not sure how it would do as a karaoke microphone since you often position the microphone to enhance your vocals by drawing the mic in and out. Unidirectional microphones have their pros and cons with vocals and frequency response.(Reference Pictures) The directions show 3 buttons/keys underneath the bottom cover that are supposed to allow you to adjust your volume up, volume down and frequency. When I removed my cover there is a piece of tape covering up 3 holes with no buttons. The description states: “The charging cable are included in package, support charging the dual microphones and receiver in one cable at the same time.” However, mine came only with a single USB A to USB C cable capable of charging one device at a time. The windscreens came vacuum packed and completely flat so if you want to use them you better get them out way ahead and give them time to puff up. I doubt I will use them. The instruction book is OK but the print is small and some of the numbering on the pictures is so small you may need a magnifying glass or zoom your camera to read them.
