Very great all around set, my only issue is that the detachable feature can be a bit tricky to use at times. They are incredibly sharp and work perfectly for cutting through meat, chicken bones, and turkey, making them a versatile tool for the kitchen. They are built with durability in mind, and the comfortable grip makes them easy to handle, even during tougher tasks. However, the detachable mechanism could be smoother for quicker use it sometimes requires a bit of effort to separate and reattach the shears. Other than that, they’re a great set for anyone who regularly prepares poultry or needs a reliable kitchen shear!

Durable, nice weight. I can cut thru chicken bones with ease. I can see how to take the scissors apart. But I have not been able to. Would be good for cleaning ease. Love the function, recommend to people.

This is bigger than I expected but considering the job it is supposed to do, I think that is normal.Fully stainless steel. The lock mechanism works well and with one squeeze of the handles it releases automatically. Easy to lock it back. The spring system works really great. The ability to dismantle it in to two pieces is a big piece of mind about keeping it clean. Just dismantle it and toss in to the dishwasher.Dismantling it is a bit tricky I must say. The item doesn’t come with a manual but there are little pictures on the box, just check it out before you attempt to dismantle. In principle, there is a spur that need to be pressed in to the tiny cavity and then it allows the blades to open a few degrees more and the lock mechanism release the blades. To put them back together, just press the spur again and align the blades, the spring also engages itself.Very well thought, stainless material, cuts a cardboard easily, can be cleaned completely. It is a five star chef item in my opinion. Nice item to take as a present. Recommended.
