The sensor doesn’t respond as it should. Once you use the sensor to stop the top, you cannot use the sensor to turn it back on. You need to close the faucet and rerun it to run the water.Sometimes, even doing this does not allow the water flow, you need to try closing and open the faucet multiple times for the water to flow out. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Currently, searching for a replacement.

The quality for the money is great compared to other big box brands. It was easy to install, and looks much more expensive than it was. It seems to be mostly metal with little plastic material. It has held up well with our extremely hot water. (Heater is about 7ft away from this in a utility room) Flow/pressure is good. The spray mode with our really hot water easily powers off the toughest baked on food bits with minimal scrubbing. I'm sure it will last, but even if it only made it 2 years, I'd buy it again at the price I paid!

The first one leaked from the hot and cold at different locations. The replacement works just fine, easy to install and so far the sensor works as you'd expect. It's not a $150 dollar faucet, so you don't expect it to look like one...that the case here. But for the money, I'd recommend and would buy again.

We are redoing our gome from a flood. We purchased these faucets as part of Amazon prime days. We finally are installing the 1st faucet of 2. Water is pouring out of the main stem even when the water is not on. We were so excited to have purchased these beautiful faucets but if they dont work and leak they are just another item that wasted our money. Too late to report but it would be nice if they called and sent us a new one amd stand behind the product. Who knows what the 2nd one holds or its it a waste as well??

We bought this for a laundry sink in our brew room. As the owner of a small brewery, you are always looking for quality, well-priced tools and improvements. This gave us something we have been missing for 8 years. My brew team thanked me and were actually excited to see it. When I unboxed it for install I was very impressed with the look and obvious quality. The sprayer extends to everywhere we need it to go and the pause button is priceless. I couldn't be happier with this faucet. 2 employees have purchased it for theirhome use.

When I bought this there were now reviews, but it was in my price range and the style o wanted, so I took a chance. Glad I did! The installation as expected, neither easier now harder than any other faucet. The only thing I had to fiddle with the pull-down issue mentioned by another reviewer. There's almost too many hoses, so they got all twisted up on the inside and I couldn't pull it down. I had to fiddle with it quite a bit to get them straightened out, but after I did the pull-down function works perfectly normal. Need to play around with the weight a bit to get it set to your liking, but the hoses were the only difficult thing I had to deal with.
