It was easy to install, I LOVE all the position options. I wanted the flat sprayer for plates and Baking sheets. I will say, it does have quite a bit of back spray when using the high pressure sprayer where I've used others that don't. the quality IS nice and it is sleek looking. all in all I would recommend it.

This is absolutely, by far, the coolest kitchen faucet I have ever seen!!! The waterfall feature is perfect for cleaning grapes and other fruits and vegetables. The faucet itself reaches out the perfect distance, and the pull down sprayer hose is great when I need to rinse out the sink. And the off & on lever can be installed on the left, the right, or the center (center is best for someone like me that can't decide....LOL). A perfect addition to my brand new kitchen, and looks great with my quartz countertops.Also, it came packaged in a box with styrofoam cut outs for each piece!!! I have never seen anything packaged so well!!!It also comes with a faucet plate to cover the holes if you previous had a faucet that had two knobs hot and cold. But since mine was a new build, I did not need it because I only had one hole drilled in the countertop. But it's nice to have that option if you need it or want it.This is the BEST EVER by far!

I received and installed the faucet yesterday. Install was easy. However I'm unsure what the pieces in the little bag go to. It works just as advertised and it looks amazing in my kitchen. So far I am very pleased. If anything changes I will be sure to update.

It leaks. Like a lot inside the metal part of the faucet.The only good thing is customer service was quick to issue a replacement. But now I’m out of a kitchen sink for 2 days!!!!!!Also not easy to install, we had to spend another $75 for fittings.****edit****Customer service was quick to give me a refund and a refund for the fittings I had to buy. They also replaced the faucet and now that I have a non leaking faucet, I am in love with it.

This thing is the coolest faucet I have ever had! Truly! It has standard and hard spray. Stationary and removal sprayer PLUS a cool veggie or plant rain shower setting!!!

This faucet was installed by a certified plumber and the sprayer head has only been used once. Now the sprayer are doesn’t work to get the shower spray. The plumber feels it’s a faulty faucet. I am buying a replacement made by Pfizer a dependable manufacturer. I will be out the plumbing cost and now the cost of the faucet since return has expired. I haven’t had the faucet barely a month.
