This conference speaker works well! It took a while to charge, but I can use it in charge-mode anyway. It was easy to pair with my phone. I can hear the person on the other end of the phone clearly and I'm told they can hear me well too. It is easy to operate with clear directions. I can turn on mute to have a private conversation. It also has volume controls. The blue and red lights are also helpful to know what mode I'm in.

Very nice conference speaker. The device is great at cancelling the background noises and it's portable design makes this extremely practical for multiple uses. I would recommend to others.

The good: this speaker is plug-and-play easy to make conference calls a breeze. The not-so-good: it could offer a greater volume to make it easy to hear and be heard. The relatively low volume means conference call attendees must sit relatively closely to the speaker. Were it not for that glitch, this would rank a perfect 5 stars.

This speaker and microphone is great for taking office calls while working from home or in a closed environment. The setup is super easy - you just plug the USB wire to your computer and connect it to the device, and voila you're connected. There's literally no other outlet than the one USB connection. The touch controls work good for volume up/down, mute etc. You'll see a volume prompt on your computer screen when you adjust the device volume. While other controls work with one touch, remember that on/off button is a long-press function. You have to keep the touch for a few seconds. The voice quality is clear and there are no disturbances. My only negative feedback would be volume. It has a very low volume . Even at the max level you'd have to stay close to the device to hear clearly. Its not good for a smaller room and close proximity calls.

So I have an Anker Bluetooth speaker with microphone and I picked this up because I'm doing more remote calls on my phone. The good: USB-C charging, works with what I already have. The bad: Not very loud - while it might pick up speakers clearly, it is a little hard to hear the people talking to you. My Anker speaker is about twice as loud. I suspect this is done for better marketing specs (battery life) but makes this less useful in noisy environments.

So i was using this for some team meetings and what not WFH and at first i had it hooked up via USB-C it worked fine delivered a good boom sound and i could hear everything i needed to BUT all of a sudden it dropped and i could no longer hear the call and i reconnected it and still nothing i had to switch to the notebook speakers and mic. BUT before that i was told it was clear and that everyone could hear me just fine. So aside from the random disconnects i like this speaker.****Update***** After connecting this speaker to another dock the speaker stayed online the entire time and sounded great. So all in all its much better then i thought! I would recommend.

Remove it from the packaging, turn it on, and insert the USB cable – it automatically sets itself as your main speaker and microphone. It's incredibly simple! I made the switch from headphones to this speakerphone, and in my office, the audio is crystal clear, making it easy for my colleagues to hear me. Remarkably, given its cost, the sound quality is impressive, to the extent that I now often use it as a standard speaker during my work. The volume control is fantastic, and I appreciate the ability to mute myself.
