This speaker phone arrived intact and in new condition. It was well protected within a branded box. The instructions were sufficiently detailed for setup and use. The conference speaker looks professional and operates clearly. It picks up sound well, too. It is easy to use. Overall, I am happy with it.

I never expected to have one of these personally, as I retired from Telecom hating this particular type of phone. This is *much* better than the ones I used to work with.Anyone who has worked in the corporate world in the last 30 years is likely to have seen or used a very similar device - my users all called the "bat phone" which was in reference to the shape, not its utility to reach the Dark Knight.I hated them as they were finicky, prone to breakage, and darn expensive. This out of the box to my test call was less than 2 minutes, and it didn't need a plain old analog line to boot!In the configuration I have, it pairs with a cell phone and works as a very easy to use external speaker. I have a number of external BT speakers as I like gadgets, and this is excellent quality in voice and ease of pairing.The very nice thing for me is that it doesn't care if you are actually making a phone call, or using Whatsapp or other messaging applications - so long as it feels like a phone call, its happy. I have family overseas and this will make the calls a much better experience as my wife and I won't be stepping on each other if we talk at the same time - this is designed for just that sort of audio.At $120.00 (May 2025) its a bit pricey for just a BT speaker, but since it has the answer calls, hang up calls, mute, etc. features it allows you to put it on a table or similar and use it without having your cell phone in your hand or unlocked.I connected to a USB-C with a charger, but it also has an onboard battery so you can use this even if you don't have a cable and power readily available.Can recommend - this is definitely going on any future road trip.

Needed something for our conference room in the office and decided to give this a try. Working good for us calls are clear and the speaker is loud definitely an improvement from our old system we had years ago. Highly recommend.
