So far so good. Was an overnight delivery. Packaged good. It was assembled and in its case (love that!) Surprisingly, it came with 3 rolls. One already in the printer and two extra rolls. Thin paper like cooking sheet thin. Instructions were simple, didn't necessarily the manual to know how to print something. The only issue I have, when it prints, it leaves a LONG tail (picture) which to me wastes the paper. That's probably where reading the manual would come in handy but me, I'd probably play with it and print a few things and see what I like best. There's options on how you want it printed. I chose US legal letter and that seemed to left that tail. Other options were A4, 4in, 3in & 2in and under each one tells measurements in millimeters such as US was 216mm, A4 was 210mm etc., not sure what those mean but I'll figure it out. The picture I took shows the paper hanging over the box it came packaged in. I had something else ordered which may be the reason the bix is larger. Not sure what size it would've been by itself. It's a medium sized box and IDK the standard size for paper -what 8x10? The width looks normal but the length is well over 10in. Its like 16in to give an idea of picture. I would show the print but I have important info on it. Looks like regular ink. Prints like it. There's 3 options: light, medium, dark ink. I had medium (standard option). I'd like to see what light looks like. Medium was pretty bold which made it look smeared in some area. Otherwise it's on point with regular ink. I won't use it much but its a nice investment for when I need something quick instead of going to the library as long as it works.

This is wonderful. I haven’t taken it anywhere yet but it was super easy to set up on my phone and easy to follow instructions to print from my phone. It’s lightweight and has a convenient case. Of course the paper isn’t the best but it works.

The paper has serrated edges. The ink isn’t completely solid but completely legible. This is the coolest thing. It’s for personal use and where those details aren’t a big deal. It prints like an ink printer that has 30-40% ink left. I like that it’s free of toxic ink tho. And it set up in less than 2 minutes (charge it first). It came with two types of chargers. Extra paper too. It’s perfect for creative works and all the drafts prior to final publication. It’s so easy to use.

This was exactly what I needed and a great price. I love the portability. The only difference from a traditional printer is that the paper is thin like receipt paper and curls. But it prints fast and the hook up from all electronic devices is very very easy. I am not that tech savvy and was able to do it very quickly. I’ve used it a ton for quick documents and labels.

The product arrived the day after I ordered it. I did need help setting it up, so called the company, and Francis was so helpful getting it set up for me. It has been a great experience so far. He also helped me print my first document. I'm very excited about this purchase! It prints a nice clean copy and doesn't require ink! It uses old thermal technology, but it is perfect for what I need.

I wanted a small printer that I could do quick prints at home. It is easy to set up, the app is easy to use, very simple. The paper is a little odd but it is fine. The printer makes a soft high-pitched humming noise that I don’t mind but my dogs don’t like it. The printing speed is as expected.

Wow! Absolutely love this portable printer that uses NO INK! Game changer big time.It literally only took me less than 10 mins to install this lil light blue cutie and download the app and boom, I printed out a few things as soon as it was all charged and that took only 10 mins. I'm set up on the warranty too!* You can adjust the size of the paper, and the text from, light, medium, dark before or during and it's got the bottom edge tear off. So convenient and is perfect in my line of career as loan notary signing agent on the fly. Comes with the nice carry case, the USB cords both for Mac and Windows, WiFi is easy to connect, with your Bluetooth and location on. Super simple actually.Anywhere you got WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile phone, you can print. Great investment and supa dupa impressed.Who wants to deal with ink cartridges anyways. You can also use the fold paper instead of the roll paper, it comes with 2 extra rolls too. You litterly could be sitting at Starbucks with this portable printer and your laptop, not missing a beat of work while sipping on that cinnamon dolce latte with whip on top. While printing out your nudes and autograph right there! Just kidding!! Don't procrastinate, just buy one! ** The roll paper* print out 1x1 and after all printing is done and rolled paper has cooled off per say: take a clothes iron, put it on the lowest heat setting gather up your paper, lightly iron the backside/opposite of printed side of your printed rolled paper, and they will stay flat like regular printer paper. Or roll paper opposite way lightly and place a book on it for a few minutes and that fixes the re rolling up of the paper. And yes, the rolled papper is slightly thinner since the printer itself is a non ink printer, they do offer fold paper and another paper option. The roll paper = about 27 sheets per print = regular printer paper amount 27-29 pieces of separate paper roll. Reading everything before purchasing, like compatibility, paper size etc is highly recommend, so you know exactly what you're purchasing. 😊 This printer requires Bluetooth and location on to operate. WiFi or offline if you set up that way. It's very user friendly.
