This is a great and easy way to get your iron in if you can't tolerate it in other forms. Just go slow and easy at first to see how it goes, and use it more if you're able. It's a genius solution!

Exactly what I wanted for a great price. I would suggest others to remove the rope that it comes on because this rope holds onto moisture that will make the iron rust. The iron actually was delivered to me slightly rusted from the string, but a bit of rust is really easy to remove. Overall, love it.

I have been using the fish for over a month and I am very satisfied with results. I can feel it's helping me with dizziness and fatigue. I use it to boil my regular drinking water and I'm very consistent drinking about 1-2 lts daily. I think that is why is helping me. For use and storage I followed previews reviews and recommendations and is working perfectly.

It leaves a terrible taste in the water. After while I stopped using it, the iron taste is awful ( even though I used it as recommended)

I bought this due to the iron being low in my family. I think it is working so far. Such a simple idea using iron in our food. It worked for my great-grandma to 101. Hope something like this will help us. Be safe.
