Honestly, it works great for teams but that's about it. Other apps or calls sound muddy or lower quality. Also the battery life is pretty minimal so needs charging daily.

I’ve been using the Jabra Perform 45, and I must say it’s an goodheadset, especially for use in the car. The audio quality is clear, making calls effortless even in noisy environments. The noise-canceling microphone does a goodjob of blocking out background noise

I've been so frustrated with Bluetooth ear-pieces lately. I ordered this earpiece hoping it would provide great noise canceling and good sound quality. However, what arrived was completely different (see photo). I received a much more expensive head-set. I gave it a try before returning it. And, it was amazing. The best sound quality, for both myself and the person I'm talking too. It also has a pass-through option, so you can hear the noise around you (if you want), or active noise canceling. It also come's with a USB dongle so it can connect to you PC. I've used that for online meetings, without issue.

Jabra en particular funciona muy bien y también es buen producto solo los plásticos para el oido son un poco flojos es decir no se acomodan bien y a veces cansan pero en sonido y función trabajan exelente

Jabra IOS app supports virtually every other headset but not this one for some inexplicable reason. One of the main problems I had was when you self-mute by raising the boom, the headset beeps about every 15s a "reminder" that you are on mute. If you are using this for a voice conference when you want to mute yourself for an hour at a time while you listen in, this is a dealbreaker. Other headsets apparently offer the ability to turn this feature off, but I used the Jabra Direct app on the PC and there was no such option available as of April 2025. As a tip for the app, it only works if you plug the Jabra in via USB-C, not if you just pair via Bluetooth (which is weird).Very disappointing as I like the overall design apart from that and voice quality was good. I guess if you never have to mute yourself, it's a solid option.

My title is indicative of my major requirements. This product meets all of those. I love that it doesn’t sit on my head because the weight of the headsets usually cause my migraines.The fit is fantastic and I did a head bang test to test how well it was seated and it doesn’t move.The description for the mute feature is misleading. I was afraid it would mute all audio from the meeting and I would not hear the meeting, but fortunately it meant it mutes the mic as I hoped. The problem with other headsets is there is no way to visually know if you’re muted so the boom being eaised is a great solution to that problem.The audio is great and I have zero issues paying attention to my meetings even with the kids tv blasting audio. It does a fantastic job at having my audio come through quietly to the receivers on my meetings.The battery life has been great. I turn it off in between meetings so I dont have to worry about the charge. It’s lasted me 2 days working with it this way.

i always been a Jabra loyal customer for years i have been using there Mono ear Bluetooth. the Jabra perform 45 was a disappointment, a lot of drawbacks, for example: the voice tone quality and commands are way less effective than Jabra stealth that i head years ago.engineering & tech are going backward except the newer Bluetooth version !!!!Item returned

Was looking for an upgrade to the poly v5200. This was NOT it. Volume way too low. The buttons are clunky and very slow to respond. Do yourself a favor and pass this one up. Oh yeah, their app is for desktop only. It seems since this headset would be used with a smartphone 99% of the time, they would have made a smartphone app. Nope.

El producto está excelente lo que no agrada es que no tenga una APP para poder activar y desactivar funciones solo se puede hacer en PC y las funciones que ofrece son muy limitadas no tiene nada de funciones eso no gusta.
